Tired of spending thousands of dollars on expensive, over-priced skin treatments?

If so, you’re in luck.

Because I’m going to share my BEST lifestyle tips for supporting strong, healthy, radiant skin…

And not a single one involves another expensive “miracle cure.”

These are must-have lifestyle habits if you want the best chance at fighting off age-related skin decline, unsightly wrinkles, age spots, and nasty skin issues.

#1. Hydration is key

Dehydration is one of the leading causes of aging skin. If you’re tired of patchy, flaky, aging skin that won’t go away, even if you’re bathing in lotion every night, you have to start with drinking more water.

Moisturizers can form a semi-effective protective barrier on your skin and lock-in moisture…

But if you’re not hydrating properly, there’s no moisture for these lotions to lock in.

Increasing your daily water intake is essential if you want any shot at avoiding chapped, crusty skin.

#2. Go to bed on time!

Dark, droopy eye bags… Permanent wrinkles around your mouth that deepen with every yawn… Inflamed, red patches… These are just some of the unpleasant side effects you’ll see in the mirror if you’re sleep deprived.

Sleep is when your body restores and rebuilds itself from within, forming healthy collagen particles that keep wrinkles at bay. So if you’re not getting enough sleep, your body has no chance at properly regenerating itself.

It’s called beauty sleep for a reason, so if you’re tempted to stay up too late, think about how your skin will look the next day.

#3. Break a sweat

Regular exercise is key for restoring and cleansing your skin.

Getting your heart pumping floods your skin with antioxidants and powerful nutrients, flushes toxins from your body, and keeps skin-destroying stress at bay.

Not to mention, sweat contains a powerful antibacterial agent that keeps your system clean! Researchers have found that human sweat contains a potent antibiotic called dermcidin, which fights off harmful bacteria like E. coli and Staph infections.

A diet full of processed, fatty, inflammation-causing ingredients is a fast-track to acne, age spots, wrinkles, and greasy skin.

By eating more nutritious foods, like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and high-quality protein, you’ll be flooding your system with all the vitamins, minerals, and age-fighting antioxidants it could ever need!

#5. Don’t roast your skin

While we all love getting some sunshine, too much UV exposure can destroy your skin from the inside out.

Wear sunscreen, use a wide-brimmed hat if you can, and don’t let yourself roast in the sun (or tanning bed) on a regular basis.

Sun-related aging is nearly impossible to reverse, so protect yourself from harsh UV rays before it’s too late!

#6. Chill out!

When you’re constantly stressed, cortisol levels soar, creating massive inflammation throughout your entire body… especially your skin.

Not only does this stress hormone destroy collagen in your skin, but high stress can cause flare-ups of conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea.

Go for a walk, read a book, meditate–do whatever you can to keep stress at bay.

Green tea is bursting with a powerful antioxidant called epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG.

While the tea itself is anti-inflammatory and can soothe red, blotchy, inflamed skin, the EGCG takes things a step further. It may prevent collagen destruction, and help fight off sun-related DNA damage in your skin.

If you’re looking to take care of your skin, without breaking the bank, these lifestyle habits will keep your skin in pristine condition for life!
